@infinity888 I just went back to work (at home), I only sit on my butt anyway so no harm done. My ideal would be to kick back with a beer but can't exactly do that! No plans for this weekend which is probably a mistake actually. Must keep busy!

I had my QFG cycles on 650 Gonal F and turns out the 150 menopur was what did the trick. Just got to find the thing that works for you.

Just a little update. I saw a new FS today and he and the staff at the clinic were absolutely lovely. Took so much time with me and went through everything, they were very supportive, nurturing and took their time to really understand my case and look at me as an individual - it was very refreshing.

Of course looking at my history it doesn't give a lot of hope, but they seemed to understand that I'm contemplating the possibility of doing something a bit different to see if I can get a better result before maybe moving to DE if my friend / potential donor does say yes and passes all the tests.

I still have a few months to go to get my health back on track after this year's disasters, so I'm going to focus on that for now, and will think about whether I do try a low dose cycle with this clinic next year. The FS looked at what I'd done and he did think there wasn't much hope seeing as I only ever produced one main follicle on high doses of FSH, but said that if I did choose to go ahead he'd use a much lower dose and aim for one or two quality eggs. The only supps he likes is CoQ10 and of course normal prenatals. He is also absolutely fine with doing a miscarriage prevention protocol should I fall pregnant - so baby aspirin, clexane and prednisone. He also likes the lipiodol flush, so that could be an option as well.

He said we could do a hysteroscopy just to make sure my uterus is OK, but he thought because I'd had natural pregnancies and had two MMC that needed D&Cs and one subchorionic haematoma, he didn't think there was anything physically wrong, it is more likely clotting factors (although they don't show up in blood tests other than an MTHFR mutation) or the "faulty old eggs" story.

They also recommended acupuncture which I think I'll do - I am needle phobic and found acupuncture in the past very painful, but the clinic they recommended do Japanese acupuncture which is much more gentle & often doesn't even use needles, so I'll see.

Anyway, a bit to think about, but I'm not making any decisions for a little while. I have 20kg to lose and some mojo to find Thanks for listening
