@Blossom74 I hope everything goes well for you today. It is a really hard thing to go through, but I know from experience that you will feel better afterwards. You can draw a line in the sand, grieve what you've lost and look to the next step. The limbo, not knowing, and then waiting is the worst. Big, big hugs
@Bongley I hope today goes really well for you and that little embie snuggles in tight
@JulieMalooley stalking for updates here as well, so looking forward to some beautifully rising hCG numbers for you
@tuxcat thanks for your post, it is the most difficult journey, wish I could sit down and have a wine (or three) with you & have a good old yarn about this ****ty process and have a good cry and hopefully by the end of it, a laugh
@GreyDove welcome to the thread and I look forward to hearing how everything moves forward for you - such a great thing you are doing and very empowering to know what you want and take it into your own hands. I hope your journey from hereon is a successful one.
@BlondeinBrisvegas thanks for your support, I hope today's FS is good, I had a long chat with his receptionist and it does seem like a good fit. We'll see. I must be the only woman in the world who got really bad results with Wazza I think he wrote me off before we even started, and no one at his clinic gave a **** that I got really, really sick. And I kind of got over the fact that even when I would come in every two days for scans, he still never knew my name, where I was at in my cycle, or even if I had a partner or husband. I know he's busy but I felt completely overlooked in that clinic and like I was wasting their time. And my results were appalling, after three natural pregnancies in fifteen months, I've not had another pregnancy in over a year now with all the treatment I had. I'm sure they did their best but I'm a more than a little bit bitter if you can't tell
If I do sort things out with my lovely friend / potential donor then I will need an FS and this new clinic does work with donors and they are on the Gold Coast so easier for me for appointments etc. I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for yet, and whether I will do another cycle in a few months before my donor gets back from overseas, but I'm looking forward to talking it through with someone who has fresh eyes.

@winsor thinking of you
@Bongley yippee today is the day that your embie comes home
Yes @infinity888, still squeezing my boozies at every opportunity (whenever noone is looking ). It really does come and go which is offputting but each time it goes away, it comes back again, so all good I suppose.
Holey crapoley its 8700 - I was hoping for 4000 !!!!! Thats only 42 hours doubling time. It should be 3-4 days by now eeeeeeeeeee
Fabby dab!!! Twins?? When did you bring your scan forward to Julie/the hcg machine?
It has actually sped up. The last increase was 45 hours, this one is 43 hours doubling time. Now I'm seriously considering the possibility of twins BIB.
Pregnant for the first-time?
Not sure where to start? We can help!
