On my last mc my clinic sent a card signed by all of them that I thought was really sweet.

Thank you all, especially @Infinity for your heartfelt post. Your comments mirror exactly what I have felt for some time now - that for many of us, a big part of this journey is largely ignored, and we are often left to shoulder a lot of the emotional burden alone.

    My clinic just called me.

FFS. My HCG is now over 44,000. They have suggested a D&C, and then a follow up appointment with my FS.

I rang my OB myself straight afterwards. I figured I may as well kill two birds with one stone.

He said he was very sorry, and recommended a D&C also. He is concerned about a possible molar pregnancy but I don't think my HCG is high enough to warrant that diagnosis. I just think my body has not caught up to the latest news yet. Apparently my uterus has not read the Radiologist's report.

I am going to see my OB tomorrow to discuss things. My parents are lined up to take me to hospital whenever I am scheduled for surgery.

I can't wait for this part to be over.

    Krysta

Thank you love. I think that is a beautiful idea. I also have a little statue my sister brought me when I first announced my pregnancy. I keep that, and a few little trinkets, in a special box just for him. There are my hospital bands, my +HPT's, the dinner reservation sign from when we went out to celebrate, and my diary, which details every thought and feeling I've had about this baby from Day 1.

    He will never be forgotten.
