Fair enough Luv😊 Good to see you looking at the upside to her being delayed😊

You wouldn't want all of DH's plans to have his wicked way with you to be spoiled would you??😉😁

    Enjoy your date night!!!😁👍

Hi ladies ive been reading that we should be having a max dose of folic acid per day of 1000mcg. Or 1mg. My question is if i take everything im supposed to id be on about 6000 mcg or 6mg a day so 6x the max safe dose.... is this safe? Obviously im including megafol, multi vitamin. Inofolic. In this calculation. Dont want od myself lol

I imagine it would be Luv. There are some women who are routinely prescribed 5mg folic acid a day when TTC/Preggo:

    •Women who are overweight
    •Diabetics
•Women who have had a child with spina bifida, or who have a relative with spinal bifida
•Certain racial groups including Sikhs and women from some European countries such as Wales
    •Women who take anti-epileptic drugs

I would've been on prob the same amount as you will be when I was Cycling with Wazza/got my BFP with no probs. I've read of other FS adding 5mg's of folic acid a day to their protocols also so can't imagine 6 mg's is going to make a negative impact😊

@Bib ok thanks so much. I know the pred and thyroid depletes folic acid but I wasn't sure by how much. Just didn't want to do anything wrong haha we worry so much dont we.
