Good luck with this one @infinity888 !
The inofolic is just one sachet per day dissolved in liquid. Water is fine as it's almost tasteless anyway

Tahli not to throw a spanner in your works but I'm still bleeding from my Sept cycle ...cd 10 today and i stopped meds Sept 25th, you'll find your period is quite heavy due to how much they build your lining up and may last longer than normal - it also took about 4 days to come on after stopping meds. Would you not be better off having a month off?

Ta girls. LBs nurse is going to call me back later to see if LB wants me to come off all meds today, or wait a few more days seeings as my progesterone is so high and I'm 13.5 dpo. I think if the embryo had implanted there would be a smidgen of hcg there by now so hopefully I get the thumbs up to stop meds Asap.
Thanks for your advice Em. To be honest I've got no idea what I'm going to do next cycle. I need this weekend to think it through. It may even be one final OE cycle here with LB.

Em, did you find your AF was heavier and longer on POI than Crinone? I couldnt believe how lite my AF was on Crinone. I was expecting the AF from hell but it was absolutely fine.
