What are your basics for
Pantry - different flours, sugars, bicarb, cocoa, coconut, custard powder cereals, pasta/spaghetti, tin tomatoes, baked beans, passage, tinned beans/lentils, coconut milk. ...
Fridge - cheese, milk, olives, curry pastes and other Asian jarred ingredients, Greek yogurt
Freezer - minced meat, frozen lunch leftover portions, fish, chicken pieces, frozen berries.
There's probably more...but that's off the top of my head. I'm poor as a church mouse at the moment so running a skeleton cupboard!
Pantry - flour (white/wholemeal/self raising, baking powder/soda, pasta, tinned toms, evap milk, tinned lentils/beans/chickpeas, noodles, cereal, oats, brown/raw sugar, sauces (specifically soy, bbq, tomato), stock.
Fridge - milk (full cream), sour cream, yoghurt, eggs, cold meat, various fruit/veg.
Freezer - meat, pastry, bread.
And I have a mind blank...

Crackers (vita wheat sort and corn or rice thins)
Tinned tomatoes/corn/baked beans
Milk arrowroot or "malt-o-milk" biscuits
Flours/sugar- baking needs
Spinach, baby tomatoes, grapes, carrots, zucchini, mandarins, strawberries, broccoli.
Parmesan, shredded cheese, cream cheese, milk, yoghurt.
Corn, peas, fish (crumbed fillets), smooze coconut "icecream" thingies,
Frozen homemade meals in toddler size portions.
Probably butter, hard cheese, eggs and milk in the fridge. Sweet potatoes, some kind of green vegie, cauliflower, some kind of beef/lamb cut.
Then potatoes, onions in the pantry. Almond meal, tapioca flour, salt, pepper, olive oil.
With that, we eat!
