Yes I am but not 100% ready to take that step yet. I'm actually on the public surgery waiting list but I delayed my pre op appointment because I don't know if I want to go this drastic. the amount of food you can eat is very little and there's the malabsorption issue. Some people may not be able to tolerate certain foods as well. I get different info from different surgeons. I had the band and now it's out buy I don't want to do this if I'm eventually going to put the weight om again.

I finally remembered to fill in the forms Dr Liew emailed and email them back less then 10 minutes ago and just received a email back from him saying he will call tomorrow afternoon. I must say he is already winning me over with his communication and bedside manner

A question for those that have already done or currently doing to pre op diet where did you buy your opti from? Looking around at prices and some places can be a fair bit more then others. Also what flavours have you liked the most

I tried the chocolate one years ago. It was gross tbh. I'll be forcing them down for pre op.

He is doing the op without seeing you in person? No pre tests at all?
