    Can I ask what everyones doing while waiting for their surgery?
    I've been practicing mindful eating (I'm terrible at it) and researching ways on how to reduce loose skin.

    Yeah I think I've seen that.

    Shouldn't have read the comments though..apparently all we need to do is eat healthy and exercise

    I love watching the transformations in the end of those type shows though. It's.the ones where they gain heaps of weight back that worry me :-S
