This thread is making me hungry.

My first thought was a cheesecake, especially one you just cool in the fridge.

This is a Thermomix recipe but it can be done in a food processor. It is delicious: http://www.trtlmt.com.au/lazy-caramel-slice/

Why not just do I big bowl of mixed berries? Raspberries, strawberries, blue berries etc.

Lime juice and torn mint over the top.
    Or add fresh passion fruit..

Easy, won't go yucky like cream or chocolate would and ime always gets eaten and enjoyed by everyone..

Toblerone Mousse - it's so quick and easy and even better can be prepared the night before you need them - I put them in martini glasses and grate toblerone on top before serving !

    Ingredients

    600ml cream - whipped
    200g toblerone
    4 egg whites

Melt toblerone with a splash of the cream
Beat egg whites until stiff then fold in whipped cream then melted toblerone , put into desired glasses and put in fridge to set!

    Makes 8

    Passionfruit dip

    Ingredients:
    300ml whipped cream
1 block cream cheese ( room temp)
    1/2 packet white chocolate buttons
    4 passion-fruits

Beat cream cheese until smooth, meanwhile melt chocolate , fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture then pour in white chocolate and mix - add passionfruit then put in fridge until ready to serve

Tastes amazing with strawberries and mashmallows
