    Default Save our sleep

I have just ordered this book (cheap 2nd hand off eBay )

    Just wondering everyone's thoughts.

We are hoping for me to be back at work after about 3-4 mths. We are hoping this will help with routine.

What your experience with this book

I would suggest searching BH archives. There are many threads on this topic :-)

    *gets popcorn*

You will get some pretty polar views on this book OP.

Make up your own mind after reading it.

It's certainly a divisive topic. It's not my cup of tea but if it ends up helping you then I think that's great.

@babyla there should be a bingo/drinking game with SOS threads to tick off all of the buzzwords!

OP, I agree that reading it yourself and making up your own mind about it is a really good idea. I'll leave it there :-)

I read this book just before my daughter was born. A friend recommended it.
It didn't work for us. However I did like to reference back to routines. I did like the 7pm bedtime and setting that up as a regular night time routine.

But the rest wasn't for me.

Oh no I didn't mean that! Sorry if I came across as rude... There are hubbers that have used it successfully, others who've used it unsuccessfully, others who like some parts and not others, others who've read it then flushed it down the toilet, is all I'm saying. So ultimately it will be your own opinion that counts the most as you make choices for your family.
