    Default Gas / Elec bill

We have 5 bedrooms, 5 people.

Usual gas bill is $200 - $250 quarter.

We have gas cooking (only stove top, we have an electric oven) and gas hot water.

I have found our gas bill has gone up (as a percentage) way more than the electricity. I remember a few years ago our gas bill used to be around $90-$100 quarter.

Our last electricity bill was about $430 from memory.

No gas only electricity. Normally $350 a quarter all year (wood heating) but it's gone up lately because the cost of it has gone up rather than the usage.

    Default Gas / Elec bill

Gosh everybody else seems so much cheaper then ours! Electricity/quarter is about $900-$1100 and gas in winter is about $700 (one quarter) and about $150 for the others. We do have a pool and gas heater though.

Eta: ours is a 4 bed house too.

Don't quite meet the brief (house of 2 adults and 1 bub) but I'll chime in anyway!
We have gas hot water and gas cooktop and gas bill is $250 quarter.
Electricity varies from $600-$800 depending on season (reverse cycle ducted air con). We have a big house 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 living areas, outdoor heated spa (electric) and a heated tropical fish tank hence the high electricity bills 😡

We have 4 people & an average 4bdr house. No aircon or pool, gas hot water and stove top. I'm pretty pedantic about turning things off at the wall when not in use so that probably reflects in our bill quite a bit

    Gas approx $150/quarterly
    Elect approx $140/bi monthly

$400-430/quarter for a 4b2bath house with 1-2 adults and 2 kids in Brisbane.

    Default Gas / Elec bill

    Don't quite match the criteria (5bedroom/2bathroom - 4 adults)

    Gas per qtr ($90-120)
    - just for gas cooktop and BBQ

Electricity varies between $700-1200 depending on which qtr you are talking about... Summer is our most expensive qtr due to aircon (Qld heat/humidity is a killer)... We also have septic pump that requires electricity.

We have 5Kw of solar panels that contribute as well..
