    My protocol was
    40mg clexane
    15mg prednisolone
    Baby asprin
Progynova- 2 in am 2 in pm
    Vit d
    Fish oil 1000mg
    Elevit
Syneral for work up and crinone for progesterone. I will have to use injections again next time.

The first transfer of 2 fresh with this donor i got 7hcg. Then 0 the next time and 0 this time. I asked after 2nd failed if i should pick a new donor and they said 'no she is good and has had 3 pregnancies from other donations'. I guess thats why i was mad when they told me the last ones didnt defrost well. I felt maybe if we had of used a new donor it could have been a better outcome.

I feel better today and am planning the next move. Im still upset of course but we just have to get on with it. I will have a good chat with my perth Dr soon. I was thinking of changing Drs at Cfc. What do u think?

I just wanted to say thanks for all the support from everyone, its been really lovely. And if anyone has tips on meds i would love to hear them. Also @Tahli i have elevated NK cells.

    Xxxx

@ECM1981 im really sorry to hear. Have you seen dr m? Maybe it could be worth a consult just to determine there are no underlying issues? Maybe your prednisolone anount needs to be increased? What about taking megafol 5mg of folate to counter the steriods? I think you did intrapilids from memory?

@ECM1981 it sounds like you're coming out fighting!
Who is your CFC FS? Actually it'd be really interesting if on our roll call we could list who our CFC FS is and see if one of them is leading the BFP stakes!! @January is there any chance of an updated roll call soon?
Your protocol is nearly the same as mine. I'm going to up my Pred to 25mgs on the day of transfer because I'm convinced my body is attacking the embryos.
My ed has also helped create 3 successful pregnancies which at this point is all the more disheartening after 2 unsuccessful transfers. It also makes me question whether she has done something different, lifestyle wise, to effect the quality of her eggs.
You don't mention your partners sperm. Is everything aok on that front? I don't mean to be nosey. Just trying to help.

    Hi ECM,

I have an endo scratch done on day 21 of my cycle and that seems to help with implantation. I always used to get BFN until I started doing the scratch..

Glad u r feeling a bit better today xx

ECM - don't forget not every embryo becomes a baby. Sounds very much like that whole batch were not going to make a baby. Definitely get a new ED and I would be tempted to up your Prednisone to 25mg - that is generally what Dr M prescribes rather than the lower does included in the Bondi Protocol. Counselling sounds like a very sensible idea.

Good luck with your next steps.

Apologies for jumping in @Cathy69 but what was your Pred dosage for your successful cycle...pre and post transfer? I'm doing 15mg and was going to up it to 25mgs on the day of transfer.
@MissSagi my guess is you're completely preoccupied with your beautiful twins but I was hoping you might be able to share your successful protocol too? I think you had high NK cells and homo MTHFR too didn't you.
Im grasping at straws. I desperately want this third cycle to work!!
