@Outoftime you will be very surprised when you get there just how professional the whole setup is. No, I would not worry about that at all.

Well, I saw a dr once for hemerrhoids and while in the foetal position with the tube up my butt, the receptionist walks in and stands there having a conversation with the dr. I just lay there abandoned and humiliated lol... I can laugh now... That was a long time ago.

Does anyone worry that the donor agency will not be reputable and that you don't know if you are going to get the DE you choose? The agency I spoke to here in Sydney said we had to be very careful as there are many donor agents who are not doing the right thing. Was this just scare tactics to get us to go with them do you think?
Yes it's good to get all your tests out of the way first for sure. The donor of course gets their own testing after you select them. Make sure you ask for an AMH test for your donor. It will cost you an extra $80 or so but worth it, and keep in mind they use a different AMH measure level than Aus.

Another thing worth noting @Outoftime is if your egg donor happens to not respond well, CFC give you access to their egg bank so you are never at risk of having NO eggs.

Outoftime I don't think it a risk if you use one of CFC recommended, I wouldn't use any other. CFC have to meet and vet the donor and they have a very good international reputation to maintain they wouldn't risk it.

Julie! Omg! Thats awful bit it had me in hysterics! Heres another business idea to make back our millions spent-aside from being pregnancy whisperers- lets start a comedy skit about all the embarrassing moments we have had to go through. Sometimes all you can do is laugh at it all because if you dont you will just fall into the black hole! Thanks for making me smile julie!

I know!!!!!! Where is our Emski????? She is our life of the party ... Though I couldn't resist that comment. Every time I hear of that part of anatomy, I always think of Emski's funny comment.
