Girls, I need some help rather urgently! I've started spotting & have strong AF cramps (Ibuprofen's not going to touch the sides of this AF is it?!) but I don't have my medical instructions from CFC, even though I requested them lastnight.
Anyway, when is cd1 measured by CFC? At my Melb clinic it's if you get full blood flow pre 6pm that's cd1, otherwise post 6pm the next day is counted as cd1.
Secondly, what do I take on cd1 and how much. It's a FET cycle on Synarel & Progynova. @emski72 or @JulieMalooley are you online today to help me please?!!
Hi @Tahli, you start your synarel on CD1 and I started my progynova on CD6 but that day can vary so they will let you know that one in plenty of time. And I don't really think it matters what you count as CD1 with the synarel, but CD1 is usually the first morning you wake up with AF I thought.

What was classed as cd1 Julie? Synarel - 2 sniffs in the morning and two sniffs at night? Cool, so I have time to get the Progy sorted.

They were never specific about what to count as CD1 and I don't think it really makes any difference if you start a day either side imo. Yes 2 sniffs am and two pm

@Tahli i have always been told by my FS that cd 1 is proper bleeding occurs before 12pm. But that's here and i think everyone prob has a different opinion. My treatment plan for FET is on first day of treatment period (period after stopping the pill) cd1 start syneral. 2 sniffs in morning, 2 sniffs in evening. Estrogen tablets ckexan and prednisolone dont start until about 7 days after so by then you should have your treatment plan from CFC. Hope this helps

Cool, ta, Julie. I was in the process of weaning off the Pred (1 x 5 days) but this morning I though b~gger it and started taking 2 again (10mgs) so I'll just continue on my merry way not coming off them. Thanks again!

    Hi Ladies,

Like @ferngirl I have had another scan. Today is 8w6d and the sunnybubs (thanks again @wazbub!) are measuring 8w5d and 8w4d.

The second one was bouncing around a bit so it took some time to get accurate measurements. But a really clear image even revealed the leg buds. This is all uncharted territory for me so that was really interesting. (No more dildocams after this as well, yay!)

Am still on the CFC progesterone plan until week 10 then will step down by half for the next week and stop at week 11. Another scan in two weeks and then the end of first trimester screening. It is starting to feel real now, but will feel 'really real' when we announce after the screening.

Good luck and sticky dust to those who are planning/cycling at the moment or soon.

    Sunny
