Great news Tahli 😊
Great news Tahli 😊
just wanted to share my news .. Healthy scan (soooo relieved) due date remains the same as CFC estimated may 20 so we are at 8wk 5days, good fast heart beat .. No more tracking ... now to finding An obs .. It's real now, super excited we feel so blessed .. There is hope
ferngirl you must be so relieved! I'm due June 12, you're only 3.5 weeks in front of me so I'll be keeping a close eye on what you book and when. No pressure. 😉
Ferngirl, congratulations thats great news 😊
It was time consuming (average of 4 hours per session) but I was lucky in terms of cost as my FS does the intralipids program through a private hospital as a day patient. So I paid my PHI excess for the first session ($500) and then it was covered after that.
Amazing news @ferngirl! Did you well up when you heard fernbaby's heartbeat? You're my single transfer inspiration so things are, obviously, going to continue to go absolutely swimmingly for you!! Good luck finding a fab OB.
Girls, I need some help rather urgently! I've started spotting & have strong AF cramps (Ibuprofen's not going to touch the sides of this AF is it?!) but I don't have my medical instructions from CFC, even though I requested them lastnight.
Anyway, when is cd1 measured by CFC? At my Melb clinic it's if you get full blood flow pre 6pm that's cd1, otherwise post 6pm the next day is counted as cd1.
Secondly, what do I take on cd1 and how much. It's a FET cycle on Synarel & Progynova. @emski72 or @JulieMalooley are you online today to help me please?!!
Good luck tahli! Hope it goes your way. Thank you @ Blinky76 for the intralipids info. Yes you are lucky it is covered . Its 650 each time here in perth, nothing to claim back but i don't mind paying if its going to do the trick. Last time i was in hospital for 7.5 hours!! The nurses just couldn't get it right! I could see the problem and kept trying to tell them but they didnt seem too fussed, i guess it wasnt life or death. Sorry i havent read past posts thoroughly @ Blinky76 was this your 2nd transfer through CFC with a positive result? @Cathy69 i just added the word contraversial because i know some people including Drs swear by intralipids, some ppl dont. I am all for it and think it makes sense but im yet to be proved right personally and im hoping it doesn't take too many more tries! Yes very expensive and im not sure why its not an option here in perth at any of the fertility clinics that i know of. Maybe we are a bit behind the rest of the country!! Most likely we are!
