Yeah girls I'd just be looking for the cheapest flights and I'd only be going over for one night. Transfer on Saturday morning, flying out Sunday, so just one night at The Vineyard. If I have to pay LB's $400 management fee that will push the price up.
I'm leaning towards one final own egg cycle starting in a few days. The last hurrah!!
PS: SAA have 'cheap' Melb - CT flights starting from $720 one way from 22 Jan to 18 March 2016.

CFC also said 15mg to me, but Dr Mooring (Wazzas counterpart) said their standard is 25mg for nkc issues otherwise 10mg. I ended up on 12.5 because I had 25 mg tablets.

My FS here recommended 10mg and CFC recommended 15mg. I chose 10mg. I only have slightly raised NK cells. I haven't seen an immunologist. Good luck choosing.

Thank you tahli and JM/leyshoja. Im not sure what to go with. Prob best to speak to my fs here i guess and ask his opinion, just thought i would see what the 'norm' is on here first. And goodluck tahli with your decision on your next cycle, im sorry the one you just did didn't work out. JM congrats on continuing good blood results

Is there anyone who swears the prednisone was the ticket to a positive result? Or at least a key element ie also using them with the contraversial intralipids? X

The first cycle I used pred. I was on 10mg - it resulted in a BFN

The second cycle I used 25mg and we got our BFP.

I don't think the pred. Can take all the glory for our success but I do think it played a significant part.

    An increase in
    A) pred. Dose
    B) extended Intralipid program
    C) increase in Clexane dosage
Were all part of our successful cycle.

Blinky76 what was your extended intralipid program? This cycle i am doing 2 doses a month apart (i just had one dose and will do another 6 days before i fly to SA in Nov). Im onto my 5th and 6th FE from my first donor cycle. I hope these are strong and lucky and that my added extras will help

ECM - I am in the same boat as Blinky. I believe it was a component of a successful protocol and I did basically the same as she did. Unsuccessful cycle (well actually it was successful until 8w miscarriage but that is the same thing to me as the immune protocol is more than just achieving a BFP) was 10mg Pred and 20mg Clexane and no Intralipids but I am now 22w after 25mg Steroids, 40mg Clex and 4-5 weekly Intralipids.

I am interested in your comment that Intralipids are 'controversial'. If you mean they aren't proven and are costly - Couldn't agree more though the data is stacking up in the US and UK as to their value. Otherwise the product itself is harmless and usually given to premmie babies as part of their nutrition.
