Ladies, just wanted to update on my situation - for reasons I can't really discuss - family related - we are out. Our journey is over, and I now need to try and focus on finding inner peace and acceptance.

I wish all of you the best, and hope your dreams come true.

Leyshoya/Julie - congrats on BFP - just letting you know got a quote in the end for sperm transport, and it is hugely expensive, so not an option after all.

Take care, and blessings to you all.

Just got my follow up meds schedule from CFC and they stop progesterone completely at 10 weeks !! I wont be doing that ! Every doctor I've spoken to in Aus recommends going to 12 weeks.

I stopped @ 10 weeks - the placenta takes over by then but do what you're comfortable with.

Oh, ok. I guess all the Dr's here just like to cover all bases - and then some!
I have enough gestone here to last me to 12 weeks, plus pessaries and crinone left over from other cycles.
CFC have recommended weaning off the gestone starting at 6 weeks and off it completely by 8 weeks, then on crinone.
I might just cut the gestone back by 10 weeks and then use the other stuff after that. The sooner I see the back of gestone the better.

Hello to everyone (especially my fellow August ladies),

I haven't posted recently but just had an ultrasound so thought I would share - everything is good, I'm 10 weeks and the baby was moving around, waving its arms and legs and wiggling its head.

We are going to tell our 4 year old son tonight that he's going to be a big brother. I don't think I've ever had happier news to tell someone :-)

If I haven't said it before, it's thanks to this thread that I'm pregnant.

    Kay
