Thanks. I was thinking I'd just say 'medical treatment' or something.

I'm leaving in 3 weeks from tomorrow provided all goes to plan. It feels like it's come around quickly. A bit daunting now. I've travelled a lot on my own, but not since I met my DH really so I'm a bit out of practice.

We said holiday last time, but that was legitimate as we went for 3 weeks and really had a holiday. I wouldn't feel comfortable lying. It wouldn't be too hard to figure out I wasn't really having a holiday with only a short stay and just carry on luggage :-)

You get asked every time -I said holiday every time but if I was going for only 4 days I'd say specialist appointment

@MrsErinR I only fly over for about 24 hours each time and I answer with 'medical treatment'. Not once have I been asked to elaborate. They just comment on how far it is to go for such a short stay, and are always lovely. Good luck!
I've just contacted CFC & requested my next transfer for 11 March. I've booked my flights and The Vineyard for 1 night. My SAA flights were only $1.5k from Melb return if any-one's looking at similar.

@ECM1981 If you have a comb through the Over 40's IVF thread around Xmas day-ish I asked the girls on there what I should ask Dr M on the first consult and @Chiefsgirl very kindly gave me some wonderful suggestions. Yep, high NK cells and homo MTHFR. As I'm a single gal, there was no suggestion of dq alpha. Tomorrow I finish up the Pred, wait one week for it to fully clear my system as much as possible, then do the initial blood tests he requested. I hope that helps. xx

Oh wow, that would be amazing @ECM1981! I'm so glad you've got your fight back. We're only weeks apart re Dr M & CFC. Have you already chosen a new super dooper sooooo flipping super glue proven multiple times over ED?

@Tahli no not yet. I wanted to see what Dr M said because i didnt want to pay money and request someone until i got some more answers. Also i want to be tested for the dq alpha thing so if thay is whats holding us back we can decide next step- donor sperm or LIT treatment i have been reading about. EDSA have recommended a few good donors so i emailed them today to see if they are all still available, just out of curiosity. Just incase i didnt know I transfered all 3 remaining embryos last time. I had anread through ivf over 40s thread where you were teying to decide what to do. I begged Dr W to put them all in. Will u be doing that?
