Default Is this normal in early pregnancy?

I am heading into week 5 of pregnancy and every minute or so I can feel a throb or pulse in my lower abdomen (slightly to the right.) It is not painful and is very slight but I am aware of it. I am concerned that something is going wrong.

Also, I have no morning sickness at all which is also concerning me.

Hi, thought someone should reply! It's hard to say what those pains could be. It could be nothing to worry about. I would see your doc if it persists or becomes worse. If the pain escalates/becomes unbearable go to the ER (possible ectopic) -don't want to scare you as this is highly unlikely - but good to be aware.

As for no symptoms - that's totally normal at 5 weeks. Many women don't even know they are pregnant at 5 weeks.

Totally normal to have no morning sickness, I didn't get any. Not sure about the pains - check with your GP.

Sounds completely normal. Blood volume increases during pregnancy, and what your are feeling could essentially be blood going to your uterus.
No symptoms at 5 weeks is also normal, feel glad you aren't feeling sick all day haha!
If you feel worried at all though, head off to your local dr for some reassurance.
