Default IVF and Medicare Changes 2016

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble understanding the medicare changes with ivf in 2016. I don't seem to be able to find a lot of information to clarify. Can explain what is happening?

    Thank you

I believe it has something to do with the safety net meaning we may get less back from Medicare for a cycle if the safety net threshold is lifted.... Not 100% sure though.
i hope not, it's hard enough to manage financially now!
i don't think it's definitely changing though, just proposed by the Liberals but yet to pass through parliament?

I really hope it's not passed as well. It's bad enough we have to do ivf but to make us to pay more it really feels not fair.
