Default Help re my 12 month old.....

    Hi all
This is an awkward topic to bring up but seems like it's fairly common...

I've notice my 12 month old when she goes to sleep she's rolling onto her belly and grinding. I would have thought she'd be too young to be masturbating but when I check her and she's doing it I just roll her back to her back. I just don't know if this is normal behaviour and just seeking some advice. Thank you

Completely normal. Some children use it as a way of putting themselves to sleep some do it out of habit and some just do it because they like it. I wouldn't be concerned at all.

Just thought I'd add it's not masturbating, far too young for that!

I wouldn't think twice about it, it sounds like she's just rocking herself to sleep while lying on her belly.

My son does this, he's definitely not mbating! He does it when he's in a light sleep trying to get comfy.
