Default The spoon theory - explaining chronic illness (and also depression)

I read this and it is amazing the insight it gives you into how to explain chronic illness - and can be applied to depression as well.

    But you dont look sick

    really, really worth a read

Thanks so much for sharing this. I have a couple of chronic health conditions & struggle to explain to others that I can't be spontaneous any more or accept every invite so next time i have to turn something down I'll try to share the spoon theory.
