I have to take my donors present to the clinic today and collect my embryoscope footage for SD2. Then I just want to let go of all of the clinic stuff and just enjoy being PUPO. I think lunch at The Vineyard so I can spot those tortoises might be in order!
What's the weather like today @Tahli?

I'm only on 12.5 of pred btw. It's definitely stopped the sore b00bs - I'd normally be feeling them by now

I did a private facebook page for friends and family to update them - so then when it was positive or negative I just did an update... made it so much easier. Of course we rang immediate family and told them first but it eliminated the need to make a thousand phone calls or have people asking how it went.
We could also post pics of our trip etc. which was good.

I was stressing yesterday about a family thing we have to go to this weekend with DP's family and how they were all going to be asking and I didn't want to have to lie, so last night we agreed to just give up and tell people. It really ****es me not having the privacy and if we have another failure and 80 people need to be advised again I'm going to go ape, but I'm sick of stressing about it. As soon as I said that DP was straight on the phone to his father so he must have been busting to tell him lol. I guess it's unfair of me to force my cranky pants onto him. The first thing out of his mouth was 'it's a really early positive so that means either it's a really good one or..' At which point I ran out there madly gesticulating with a cut throat motion about him saying the word 'twins'. If there is twins, that is the ONE thing that is going to be OUR thing (plus all you guys of course lol) for as long as I can keep it that way.

It's due to be a lovely 19c so a stroll through the Vineyard gardens should be gorgeous. I'll give the pair of tortoises a wink from you BiB!
Ill be interested to see if 12.5mg is enough to mask your MS, esp if you have twins snuggling in. I was on 10mg on my last OE cycle while taking the Pregnyl boosters. I was so ill I had to wear my wrist sea sickness bands that I wore when I was pregnant & breast feeding my son. I think I'm super sensitive to hcg. As I mentioned to you previously, my MS kicks in at 11dpo with a vengeance and then I get a clear positive pregnancy tests on 12dpo, hence why I'd love to have the resolve to wait until 12dpo to test.
Thanks to the Pred I have crepe boobs. I should start rolling them up to put them in my bra!!

Not more than usual Julie. I have dry sensitive skin normally though.
Pred has also made me sooooo over weight. I can't wait to get off the stuff. But for the moment I hope it's helping my embie. I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth I guess. How can it make your body so round but your boobs so flat?! Why isn't the fat going to my boobs?!!
