Cool Em, I'll have to go and buy one. I need to buy my donors thank you pressie today. I bought her favourite perfume and a gift from my little son to her little son but I just want to top it up with something more personal. Which nice shopping centre would you recommend? The V&A waterfront area?

I did a HPT - I don't have my emby back yet, but wanted to see if the pregnyl shot (yesterday) worked (as I think I squirted half of it out by mistake whilst clearing air bubbles). it's showing positive, so there must be some HCG in my system. this could be the first time ever (though I've 'felt' early pregnancy symptoms previously, even before ivf, it's never progressed, so I've never been sure if it did work for a while or not). if this is the first HCG my body has seen, then I hope it knows what to do with it and progresses to the next stage this time! & I hope this isn't my only ever positive test result.

thanks Krysta. I hope it's not too pathetic of me to want to see a positive at least once (even if this one doesn't count)

That's definitely NOT pathetic love. it's what we all want to see.

Me, not doing too great TBH.

Had a (very minor) bleed over the weekend and an emergency US found a gestational sac - but it was empty. No yolk sac, no fetal pole. Nothing.

Have a repeat scan scheduled for 12/10.

Everyone has been saying "Maybe it was just too early" but at 6w2d I am extremely concerned. They said my sac measured 5w5d.

I don't know what to think.

Anyway, here's hoping for a great outcome for both of us, hey

    Krysta
