    Hi,
I have just come off the pill in August too. My first cycle was 30 days. I had twinges in my left side from about cd 14 and think I ovulated around cd17. I used an ovulation test and it came up positive on cd16 and I had heaps of ewcm. I recommend getting some ovulation kits, it helps know that things are in working order again. Good luck

Thanks for everyone's reply. Does this look like a positive OPK? Done at 6am with second morning urine.

It's great if it is positive! How soon can you take a test? I'm in my second cycle after stopping the pill and in CD 22. I've been on the pill most of my adult life and now 33. DP and I were taking a relaxed approach but now it's all I think about. I am feeling a lot of twinges in my right lower side this past week that doesn't feel like cramping but nervous I'm reading too much into the typical implanting symptoms. Should I wait until my period day?
