    Did anyone watch today ?
    The weight the trainers put on, is that likely to be water weight? They all still looked fit and toned even with the supposed 7 kg weight gain.

    I reckon they fiddled with the scales to make an impact on the families. The trainers certainly didn't look like they had put on all that weight..

    I'm very sceptical

    Ummm.... I've put on 4kg in a week on holidays just over eating a bit and not exercising. With that amount of food I can see how 5-7kg can be put on.

    I was just guessing that maybe the added salt and carbs they would have eaten would make them retain more water and that would be some of the weight gain. I don't think it could all he fat gain. But then again I am not an expert.
    To put on that much weight in a week would mean eating on average an extra 7000 calories a day for 7 days!

    Probably fine. Baby weight is different from 2.5kg burrito and awful food for an entire week. Plus I'm sure she's hardly put any on

    I could easily gain 7kg in a week if I ate like that!

    I've only watched the first episode so far as I'm watching X Factor and playing catch up with TBL
