    Natural

    DS1 - 3.9kg, DS2 - 370g

    DS1 - No, DS - died shortly after birth

    6. Has your child since developed any weight problems?

    DS1 - failure to thrive at 4 months

    Before pregnancy,

    7. How would you rate your fitness levels before pregnancy? (light, moderate)

    DS1 - intense, DS2 - moderate

    8. What type/s of exercise did you do before pregnancy? (jogging, walking, gym)

    DS1 - Gym classes (cardio only), DS2 - Gym - treadmill, bike etc

    9. How many times per week were these exercises done and for how long? (10 mins 4 times a week)

    DS1 - 1 hour 4 times a week, DS2 - 45 mins 3 times per week

    During pregnancy,

    10. Did you use drugs? On average, how much/often?

    Both - panadol approx 3 times per week

    11. Did you drink alcohol? On average, how much/often? (2 wines a week)

    DS1 - 2 glasses in whole pregnancy, DS2 - nothing

    12. Did you smoke cigarettes? On average, how much/often? (packet per week)

    No

    13. Did you work?

    Yes

    DS1 - moderate, DS2 - very light (my doctor told me not to move unless I had to)

    Walking - both

    both - approx 20 mins every day

    37+3 and 40+5

    C/sec and assisted VBAC
    4. What was the weight of your child?

    7lb3oz, 5lb12oz (twins) and 9lb6oz

    5. Did you experience any problems during delivery?
    C/sec no. Vbac baby did not descend. I was taken into theatre where I was given an episiotomy, try tried the ventouse (failed) and she was eventually delivered with forceps.

    6. Has your child since developed any weight problems?

    No for all 3

    Before pregnancy,

    Before 1st preg, very fit.
    Before 2nd preg, moderately fit

    Netball, walking
    Light walking before 2nd preg

    2 hours twice a week
    Light walking- half an hour once a week

    Same answers as earlier but there were no long term effects on either oft preterm babies and I moderately fit and exercised daily by walking, jogging, swimming or whatever low impact exercises I could for my whole 33 weeks with my first and until 29 weeks when I had to stop because I was starting to dilate with the second (born 7 weeks later at 36 weeks).
