    Default Saline Sonohysterogram?

    I'm off to have on of these around day 10 of my next cycle. Anyone had one?? I'm really nervous about it

    I'm not sure if it's the same I had (HyCoSy) but if it is then don't worry too much. The actual procedure was fine, not partic uncomfortable. However I did have very bad cramps a few hours later (was warned about this) and just needed to go to bed with a heat pack. I don't think everybody finds the cramps afterwards that bad though.

    Apparently it's when the insert a small balloon into the Cervix and flush liquid through to see if the Fallopian tubes have any blockages

    DH said uncomfortable and cramping afterwards but not to bad but he has obviously never experienced it.

    I think it's basically the same thing then. As I said the procedure itself didn't hurt at all but the cramps were quite painful afterwards.
