I have a belt and it does very little.

One thing the physio did tell me is to try to pull in your core before you try to roll over or get up, squat down etc. when I remember to do it is does help. Mainly im hobbling around like a 90 year old yelping in pain. Could you ask your Ob for help? May not be much that can be done though

I kept meaning to go to the physio but I just put up with it. Rolling over in bed isn't so much of a problem for me it's more when I'm up and trying to walk, I walk cowboy style for the first hour of the morning. My Ob prescribed me panadeine Forte but that didn't even take the edge off and the high dose of codeine made me quesey. Not much longer to go now, if I can deal with it for 20 weeks surely I can go another 12.

Like a 70 year old who's been on a horse all day? That's me

I went to a specialist physio and she said unfortunately though it's one of the more painful conditions you can get there just isn't much you can do. It's pretty awful though, especially on the bad days where walking anywhere is tough. I had to chase my bolter of a toddler in public about a month ago and I thought I'd broken my vjay. Soooooo much pain.

    Maybe a heat pack?

Yuk @Ngaiz - how did your GTT go? I nearly passed out in mine, had to lie me down for bloods 2 & 3 then I had to eat before I drove.

It was fine @hope77 I'm one of those weirdos that really likes the drink. I get my results on Wednesday. I was naughty and went straight to the bakery and got a pie haha

Hi all, sorry I've been quiet, I ended up in surgery Friday afternoon as I have had a cyst on my tailbone and it had become inflamed and ended up infected due to the extra weight I'm carrying and the heat, they have removed it now and apparently the infection was down to the bone (no wonder it bloody hurt) I am back home now, poor hubby has to unpack and repack the site everyday, he doesn't deal well with things like that or seeing me in pain but he done well this morning.
Bub is all good didn't have much movement after the anaesthetic but I was under general and as soon as I came out they checked his heart beat and after a few hours he started jumping around again
Worst thing now is that I can only lay on each side so my hips are aching after a few hours on each side 😂😂

    Thanks @MamaMell
How did you go with the results of your GTT ladies?
My glucose levels have been perfect since I had the surgery, so possibly the infection in my body was causing my glucose levels to be high, or so the GP had said to me and my OB said the antibiotic would make it higher too.

I'm still resting at home, quietly going insane, texting my husband every 5 minutes, he has to come straight home after work and pick my up and take me for a drive 😂😂
I did some baby washing today - sheets and cloth nappies, regretting it a little tonight have been a bit sore 😩
    Hope your all doing well!
