Did you get them done at the same place. I didnt think it was dependent on who referred rather the item code billed. Mine was $380

We are finding out what we are having, can't wait, we have just finished building our own home and want to paint babies room etc.
I paid for my NT scan but can't remember how much. I have my next OB app on the 10th. I will be 16wks2days so hoping she will be able to tell from a scan then. Otherwise will have to wait until my 20wk scan after Xmas.

My fertility clinic write somthing on the referral so you don't pay for scans, only reason why they can't do me one up is my specialist is going away and won't be there when I've done it so by law he can't refer me for somthing! So sucky!!
I'm undecided on finding g out the gender, because I had a traumatic birth with my son my OB might make me have a c-section and if he does i will find out but if he let's me go natural i wont so i have somthing extra to think about when pushing

Hi guys! Catch up on personals soon. I paid $305 for my 12 weeks scan. They told us 95% sure of gender then (we were 12.6 weeks but measuring 13.2). Waiting for the next scan to see if they were right - just before xmas.

You can get free NT scans at a public hospital or bulk billed imaging place. I choose to go to a private outfit that charges through the roof. But that's only because I love the awesome book I get of the all images and a dvd hehe. I do get ~$100 back from Medicare. No chance of getting it cheaper at this place regardless of what they write haha. My anatomy scan will be just as much too.

NT results came back low risk so that's one less worry!
My midwife appointment went well, it was fairly long & a bit boring, mainly form filling & other paperwork stuff.
They've noted my want to be in the midwifery group, so hopefully I get in. Have a while to wait to find out though.

Anyone else counting down the days until they finish work? I workplace is toxic and I only have 108 working days to go until I finish up. Thats if I can put up with this rubbish 'til 37 weeks.

Yep I hear you @Ngaiz! My job is just dead boring so I can't wait to get out of there. I plan on going back only 2 days, maybe 1, until my now 3 year old goes to school. At the moment I'm doing 4 days and it's a killer but it pays the bills, will miss my ft wage when I drop to half pay in 5 months! We just scrape in for a second dipping at the paid parental leave before they scrap it so I'm happy about that.

Hope77 I'm sooo happy about scraping in too! We are very fortunate. I work in healthcare and as of today our business focus is now essentially 'profits before patients'. It doesn't sit well with me expecially being employed by a non-for-profit organisation. It's not the reason I entered the industry and I want out because I have just lost all motivation. I've been doing 4 days since March and go 5 days next week just to boost that Mat leave.
