I was just reading the other thread about colourings books for adults. Would this be a good idea as a gift or do you think it would only appeal to a small number of people?

Not at all! Remember, there are soooo many kids, and teachers get soooo many gifts at the end of the year. Some shared gifts for the staffroom (we always loved one Italian mum making us Tiramisu every year for morning tea on the last day!), some personalised gifts, some chocolate is OK with me :P some wine, some cards & no gift. As a teacher, I would HATE for parents to feel like they have to spend a lot of money on a gift for me. It's lovely to just be thought of, please don't pressure yourself to do too much!
