@Lovebubs77 Hmmm that's a high dose of Gonal F. Our FS is the head specialist at repromed and he told me that Gonal F has no more impact after 300. So going higher than that is pointless...

@Apples1234 My first cycle after stims was 10 days over but the one following that was normal. It was just my body still clearing the hormones at the beginning of the cycle so ovulation was delayed by 10 days. I would have been fine to do a transfer the next month. That's why they make you take that break, because it can go a bit weird.

There's also a couple of different studies on the max dosage of gonal f, which is why some clinics and drs use 300 max and others 450 max.

My body is being all weird. I had EPU 10 days ago but no transfer and no crinone. In a natural cycle I would expect AF today (I have LPD), and going by my last stim cycle where I didn't have a transfer I would have expected it over the weekend. No sign of it yet, and I had a temp spike yesterday. I am so over this cycle and need to get past the next 2 AF. C'mon body! I want to cycle in Jan!

Hmmm ok. My cycle after stim was 9 days over and this 2nd one is 10. I'll ask the nurses when they call if they think it's ok to go ahead.

I hope I'm in the right place.

Did an PGD antagonist cycle a few months back, disaster...no blasts to test

So am now doing a long down regulation and starting stims in a few weeks time with estimated epu early December. Can I ask, for those who have done a long down reg before, when you started the pill on the first day of af, did it stop your period? I started it and have just had a few spots every day for the past 8 days... Hope it's not going to mess things up.

Also anyone have some success stories after a shocking antagonist results then had a long down reg?

This is my fourth stim cycle since 2012. My FS is pretty good at using evidence but also taking my response into account. First cycle was 125 gonal f & 5 embryos (6 eggs), second cycle was 225 gonal f, 5 embryos from 5 eggs & resulted in DD. Third cycle was 300 gonal f, 2 eggs & no embryos. Fourth cycle is 450 with 5-6 follicles & yet to be determined number of eggs & embryos. For me, it would seem the 450 dose has made a difference!

    Goodluck for EPU @Lovebubs77

Question to the ladies who have ever taken the progesterone pessaries. I am taking 1 oripro pessary 2x per day. So I insert it and lay down for at least 30minutes as directed by nurses. But once I get up I feel a lot of the progesterone oil seep out. I also have the white crusty left overs which I know is normal but I'm worried that none of it is being absorbed like the nurses said should happen. Has this ever happened to anyone?

    Thanks ladies

Don't worry, they put in extra so that you get enough. I usually put it in before bed but some always comes out. I got more and more build up and ended up having to dig some out (sorry tmi). Don't worry though it's fine.

Congratulations on being PUPO @Evelynmoo fingers crossed it's a sticky one!

I'm sorry @rainbow road! Best of luck for this time round.
@Apples1234 Thank you for sharing your story. *giant hugs* I'm sorry you've had such a hard time!
I only got 4 embryos from my fertility preservation round so I nearly know how you feel.
@katt1011 if you changed into your jeans on your wedding day you may not get much use out of a summer dress! :P
You might absolutely love it though. It's definitely cooler than shorts.
@MrsSMS I'm sorry to hear you've had such a hard time too. Wishing you the best of luck for your FET! xx
@Waiting to exhale I like your username. It's so accurate.
I didn't have acupuncture for my first FET last month but I want to this month. I'm going to call my dr and see if I can get a FET date so I can book acupuncture for before and after my transfer. (We have a clinic really close to the day hospital!)
    Best of luck to you!
@Apples1234 Womb scratching sounds promising. I read that it needs to be done around a week before your period is due! Keep that in mind.
@Evelynmoo when did you start your acupuncture? I have really bad anxiety and could do with some help for that!

Congrats on being PUPO @itsgunnahappen! *fingers crossed*
@Annerley you're a lifesaver with your list! I'm cycling now. I'm about to call my dr to see if I can get a FET date. Hugs are definitely welcome though! ♡
    @stillfuntryin good luck for today!

Good luck for your EPU @Lovebubs77!

Congratulations on getting the job @katt1011!

AFM I got my period this morning and it's the most painful period that I can remember ever having and I always have painful stay in bed periods. Annoyed it's on the second day of the month too!
I'm about to call my dr and let him know I'm on CD1. Hopefully I can get a FET date.

@Annerley I can be updated now, I'm not going for my bloods as I definitely have AF and my hpt yesterday was stark white.

I'm all booked on for a FET this cycle though. As I only have two embryos left in the freezer I'm going to thaw out both, and if they both survive I'll do a double transfer...not worth the risk of saving one and having it not thaw out and then wasting a cycle with nothing to transfer. Would rather go back into a stim cycle if these two embryos don't work.

Who else is transferring in about 2 weeks time?

Good luck to all the PUPO ladies! Baby dust to you all!
@itsgunnahappen, your lines look great. Congrats!
