My blood test is next Tuesday. I have my last pregnyl 1500 booster tonight. So if I decide to test I have to go all in and test it out, otherwise I will wait until my bloods. still not sure which way I'm leaning!

    Congratulations @stillfuntrying

Good luck to all the PUPO ladies

Day 3 report from the lab. 23 of the 25 eggs were mature but they were all terrible quality and super fragile. She was amazed that 13 of them survived the ICSI procedure. Of those 1 arrested on day 1, 1 is 3 cells on day 3, 3 are >20% fragmentation and 8 are "good" quality (7-9 cell minimal fragmentation). Here's hoping they survive until Wed and I get some nice blastys for a dec/jan/march transfer (depending on when my cycle allows)

Does anyone know what causes fragile eggs and what I could do to avoid it? I'd assume it's linked to my low e2 all through the cycle and the fact that half or more of the eggs appeared at the last moment.

Default IVF/ FET Oct Nov 2015

So I feel like my period will come in the next day or so as my back pain and abdominal pain is identical to when my period comes...

I'm pretty sure I'm out - I just feel it... As sad as that is - especially because all the pains I am having are identical to my period pain..

I thought, if that beautiful emby was still there, that the pain would have eased a little and not feel so constant

Also have PMS symptoms as well.....

Im sorry to crash the thread. I am not sure if I am on the right page, so lets just see.. We just go the go ahead for our IVF appt for this wed with specialist who will advise of our plan and lool to start next cycle, which should be mid Nov. We have secondary infertility, male factor. Been ttc for approx 6-7 years. One mc in 2010 and zilch since. Hitting the high 30's I just couldnt face living my life without trying our best to have #2. Im noticing a clear trend in mums going back for more once all others are at school. So I wont really look out of place if a miracle happens.

I became an aunty yesterday for the first time. Felt amazing, ans I hope I can return the favour as well.

Let me know if anyone else is looking to start a cycle mid Nov. I have no idea about specifics, despite a few friends going through IVF to conceive. I thought the less I read the more I can keep my head in the clouds and not stress on details. I am a horrific obsessive organiser and researcher, so less is more in my case. Happy to play dumb just to control my urge to know it all.
