I think that's still early 11dpo... Trying to put it into normal perspective we wouldn't normally test until say 14dpo when we think AF is not here... Keeping fingers crossed xxxx

Tomorrow I start taking provera for 7days, followed by Synarel twice a day starting on 28th October and then 300 Gonal F on 13th November. My estimated egg pick up date is 23rd November.

Just looking for an IVF buddy or success stories from ladies who did long down regulations esp if you had similar issues to me.

    Cheers x

That's a great number, look after yourself, lots of fluid and protein to keep that darn OHSS away xx

I think the first couple of days of the wait are the worst, then the last few. By the middle I tend to settle and just ride it out. Good luck

Hey guys, trying to catch up on some recent posts big love to you all esp those who have just had a dreaded negative cycle 😔❤️

We decided to go back and do FET this cycle, and back it up with a fresh round if we needed to.... Feels good to have a backup plan but fingers xd we don't need it.

So the EPU in sept, we got 14 eggs, 8 fert, 1 transfer (bfn) and 2 survived the tortuous growth expectation for PGD (all 8 made it to day 5 but 5 arrested between day 5 and 6 for PGD)

Out of the 2 one came back with normal... So that's what we are transferring.

I'm currently CD8 we start bloods on Monday to track ov... This is my first ever natural FET (I've had 5)... Will have one every 2 days... I'm also doing intrapilids on Monday for the first time...

I have been on pred for a week, and will take clexane from transfer and prog 3DPO...

Really hope this one is it 😬😬

@babybeanie and @allykat111 so sorry to hear it wasn't good news...babybeanie, as for the Crinone build up, I know it's a bit of tmi but you can do a bit of a clean out. Apparently the medication absorbs really quickly so you don't need to leave all the build up behind. I just used to do a little clean up though and not remove the lot, just for my own piece of mind

    Welcome @Lovebubs77 and @ATsydney
ATsydney, I did a down reg cycle 2 years ago when I had my dd but our issue is male factor

@Evelynmoo that's not good and very frustrating for you! Fingers crossed that your body surprises you and comes through in the end

@jeb8303 I agree with the others, those cramps could be a good thing, please don't count yourself out yet. I remember lots of twinges and some cramping as well

@katt1011 how long til your BT? As for the pink tinged Crinone- completely normal, this freaked me out with my fresh cycle as I thought it might be the start of af but it definitely wasn't and didn't amount to anything except a bfp

@mrsthomo good luck for next week, I really hope the next few days speed up a bit for you

@exilius woah 25 eggs!! No wonder you aren't feeling the best, take care of yourself! Are you planning on a November transfer?

@corzjayne how exciting that you have a transfer date! From memory, there's nothing wrong with high progesterone, it's only low progesterone that can cause problems. When I got my first bfp, mine was about 90 and the clinic said it was find it was over 30 but others in my cycle group had levels in the hundreds (I'm sure one had a level of 400) but it didn't matter. Everyone is different and as long as there is enough progesterone there, apparently it's good. I'm obviously no specialist though

@pillowhead I hope you are recovering well. 3dt are quite common and some embryos do better growing in your uterus as opposed to growing in the clinic so it's not a bad sign. Since there is 2, it's better to do a 3dt rather than try and stretch it to 5 and possibly lose both by transfer day. Day 4 is supposed to be a really tough day on the embryos so at least you'll have one back with you at that stage

@kate124 and @Hopeful37 I did my only home test on 8dp5dt and my line wasn't very dark even though I did it first thing in the morning. The next day I had my BT and my hcg level was 160. You hear of a ton of people who get late bfps on tests as well and your af wouldn't even be due yet. Fingers crossed that you both get a positive soon!

@Tanej78 good luck! I'm doing my first ever FET and expecting my af in about a week so will be following on behind you, I'm also doing a natural cycle. So your first lot of bloods are going to be on day 10? I'll be calling my clinic when af arrives to find out what cd to come in for mine and I'll just be patiently waiting til then

Hope this is it for you too tanj78!

With the PGD testing, is this the first time you have done it? I trying to decide if I want to do it next fresh cycle ( if this current FET doesn't work). The dr has said it might be a good idea since I've had a couple of failed cycles. It's just so expensive! Bit iguess in the long run maybe not as you know more about the embryo and don't transfer ones that aren't ' normal'

Hi Pillowhead - my DD was a 2 day embryo so stay positive with a 3 day embryo. I've had 2, 3 & 5 day transfers but the only successful one was the 2 day. Wishing you lots of luck!
