Ah damn. At least you ovulated but hopefully your LP improves. Are you breast feeding? I know that can shorten LP. Did BC help with the endo though?

Nah haven't bf in 11 months as DD started to refuse, i still have milk though.

Nah I didn't think it really helped, mainly because I didn't get to skip my periods and the pain felt just as bad.

If i still have more pain next month I will chat to my Gyno and see if we can do a lap and see what is going on, my last lap was in November 2015.

I've heard some people have milk for years but I don't think it affects much unless you are actually feeding.

My OB & I disagree on my day of ovulation. He thinks it's Day 15 (the lowest point on my chart). I & the FF app think it's Day 18 (day before temp jump and after positive OPK and after 3 days of cramping). Here is my chart for this month so far. What do you guys reckon was O-Day?

Hard to tell with all of the open circles. I'd go with the last day of Ewcm usually.

It's not possible for me to take my bbt at the same time each day (although I do when possible) as DD still wakes during the night. Temps are taken after a minimum of 4 hours sleep.

Does the change in times dramatically change the bbt read out? Is it better to take my temp at the same time each day even if I've had less than 4 hours sleep?

Hard when you have a munchkin waking you. Just put it in when you wake up even if it's under the 4 hours.

Did you have bloods to confirm o?

    Thanks @Mamasupial

    No bloods this month.

I will try just doing the same time each morning next cycle, as far as possible, rather than recording the temp after 4 hours sleep. (This means sometimes I'll be recording the temp after only 1 hour of sleep.) Hmmmm... Thinking I might try the Ovia app to record the "exactly the same time each morning" temps & keep using FF to record the "longer than 4 hours sleep" temps & see if they line up. What do you think?
