    I've never heard that...and never had b vits delay o (certainly not more than a day anyway). The way b vits are supposed to work is by increasing o quality and therefore increasing progesterone levels (good o = good corpus luteum I suppose).

    Vitex is supposed to increase progesterone too and after trying it I think it does.

    I usually take Mega B.
