I was told Vit B is good for progesterone, so would delay O in that case?

Not sure, am interested to learn more of others experiences.

Worried because I am taking other herbs from my acupuncturist that they won't go together.

Not sure on the herbs - they were going to be my next stop. What exactly are they supposed to "do"?

The stuff I am taking I googled and it is all Chinese herbs that helps with kidney and inner blood flow strength. Helping to strengthen the uterus etc and in turn getting my cycles back on track after my mmc in May. Last cycle was 48 days, this month since taking herbs and acupuncture it was 35 days - so an improvement which is good, he wants it down to the 28-30 day mark.

Sounds a little like a natural version of CoQ10?

Should be fine with other stuff. Plus, B isn't stored in your body, hence the supplements. But I'd do that in the TWW rather than prior. No idea to help O. I think @Mamasupial had researched stuff to help O. Perhaps she can help?

They are an ingredient in some menopause tablets you can get from chemists.
