    So this means my lp is 10days... I know this is on the low side, is this going to be a problem moving forward?

    @lauzie 10 days is the minimum you need to conceive. Not ideal but still possible.

    Afm I think I am oing. Temps very stable this cycle though inaccurate as always.

    @lauzie my luteal is very short too. Last two cycles I've lengthened it by a day each time by taking a vitamin B supplement. Might be worth a shot?

    Thanks! Which supplement are you taking? How many days is your lp now? I read that vit B can delay ovulation?

    I am doing acupuncture now and am taking all sorts of herbs so I will bring this up with him as well.

    I hope no one minds if I post again with another question

    what do you thinkimage.jpg it looks like my chart is doing? I had dot crosshairs originally showing I o'd on CD13, but when I entered the opk result as positive on this past Friday it took those away. I'm having a big temperature spike at the moment (it seems), but around CD13 I had ewcm, and nothing in the last week.

    Any insights???
