    Default Baby shower favours

If you had one, what did you have as your baby shower favour? What have you received as a favour? What did you actually use?

I gave out home made biscuits. In my circle it's usually food - biscuits, or chocolates/lollies etc.

I've not been to one where they gave out favours. Only when people won prizes in the games.

We have some lovely soaps for my shower. I think the sticker said, from my shower to yours.

cute idea, I like the soaps thing

one shower I helped organize the mum to be wanted a lolly bag to give her guests. I thought that seemed a bit childish but couldn't be bothered arguing and just went with it. I bought a heap of those mini Chinese take out containers and crafted them up with a thick ribbon and a fake flower. they ended up looking pretty cool (I thought)

another shower I attended the favours were a little scented candle with a nice note.

I was thinking the scented candle idea....I noticed Kmart have little white candles in a jar for $1, ikea have bigger blue jar ones for $2. I've for a template for personalised chocolate wrappers so might do a chocolate with '****'s baby shower' and put it in a little bag with the candle....

I would love to make some cute biscuits but I'm definitely not a baker! Might do a little furry friend chocolate in a personalised wrapper, or some blue jelly beans

my sis did this. pretty sure they got the little blue scented ones from ikea in the glass jar then she personalized it with twine and some sea shells (was a coastal themed shower) plus a little note. they then wrapped these up in clear cellophane and secured it with more twine. cute idea and didn't cost a bomb. that's the hardest thing with favours, finding a cute/useful idea that won't cost a fortune. she had like 30 ladies at her shower so we had to keep the cost down or else the favours alone would've blown out into the hundreds 😝
