Default Tell me about your dishwasher please

Hi all, finally convinced hubby to get a dishwasher, he has seen one he likes. He likes the drawer system.

We just got a bosch and its fantastic! I think the bigger the better and id go for a better model as its something you use everyday and dont want food left behind like some of the cheaper brands do

I had a drawer style dishwasher once, wouldn't recommend them. The one I had didn't do as good a job as any of the traditional style ones I've had. Wait for more feedback though, as it's possible my experience was an isolated one. Others may love them. Might just be that the one I had was a few years old.

I personally like either Bosch or Meile in the traditional style.

I have a fisher and paykel dishwasher. After my aunt had the draws I swore I would never get one. She was always complaining about having to rewash everything.
Mine is great. I do have to give it a good clean once a month but runs so nice.

We recently got a new dishwasher. It's a dishlex. No complaints here, and it's super quiet too.

We have a double dish drawer in the house we are renting and it's fantastic! Never had a problem with it and it's great being able to have one running and one you can stack.

Eta. We do run it on "heavy" no matter what is in there and have to make sure nothing falls down and jams the spraying arm or else things will need to be rewashed. I think with any dishwasher you need to stack it properly to get the best wash out of it.
