That's makes sense. Core exercise is better.

Yeh they said that. I bought some high rise undies from Kmart that I can just throw out but not sure if they'll be high enough. The bonds ones are actually really low. Lower than bikini so maybe they will be ok?

Oh is it lower? It's probably ok then and the material must be good. I think it's on sale 3 for $30. I will check out Kmart as well. Would rather buy cheaper ones that I can chuck if needed

Yeh def lower but not sure if it's low enough. Don't know how low the c section cut is.

39+2 and still no sign of bubs. Starting to feel quite heavy and uncomfortable now.

Default Day 5 blasto FET on day 4? #2

I was wearing nanny undies on my day of induction just in case I have a c-section. I bought a few and wore them every now and then during pregnancy. I wore them low down though. Somehow it was fine with my expanding belly. Anything below waistline got a bit of "fat".

I only wear hipster undies too. It's comfortable. Hopefully no c section so no need to buy new undies

@Minib i didn't know that is a method of bringing on labour? I know it's meant to help spin babies. That's why swimming is good cos i can be facing belly down for an hr and not have any pressure on wrists and knees.

I'm not sure if it will bring on labour or just to turn the baby

Started Centrelink parental leave process. Have to go show my photo ID. Annoying!

Lucky I have to go to Medicare anyway to claim my whooping cough vaccine.

Had bad lower back pain all last night. Seem to get that everytime i go swimming. Wonder why? But no labour sign yet....

Oh goodluck! It's actually quite an easy process as long as their systems aren't down.

How are you going @bbhope? Getting some sleep?
