i was worried about that at first but after the first time you realise noone even cares or looks at you and once you're in the water you can't eve tell.

Yes i was just thinking that. She would have been admitted. Induction process starts at 7 tho. Eep so exciting!

Rub bio oil on it minib - if you do it early enough sometimes it can make it disappear a little. I have them on the side of my waist too. When they first came out it was little red spots and i thot it was a rash. haha.

Bbhope would have been induced by now!

Yeah I've been rubbing bio oil twice a day now. Used to be once a day. Hopefully it will heal

OB visit all went well today. He said that bub is 4/5 engaged and the light spotting is nothing to worry about. Saw bub's heartbeat and little face. OB doesn't think it'll be long now. Bub still in posterior position tho...urgh!!

Wonder if bbhope has had her bub now?!

What does posterior mean again @Gelati does that mean harder to give birth naturally?

Yeah I've been thinking about @bbhope too. I'd say she would have the baby by now

    Yes i think so too.

Posterior is when the baby's has it's back to your back (spine to spine) and the face is facing up towards your belly. It means labour is likely to be more painful with lots of back pain and it could be a long labour too. Hopefully bub will spin around during labour. Otherwise the OB said i may need an epi.

That sounds painful. Take the epi if needed. Does OB suggest c section at all for posterior baby?

yes it must be painful because the ob seemed to push the epi if i need it. If the baby doesn't spin it usually requires a c section. you can push a posterior baby out though so i guess it just depends. But c section is quite common or they use forceps / suction to try and spin the baby. Eek!! I will def go epi if i need it.

OB must know how painful it is to recommend epi. When will I find out what my baby position etc? I know my baby was head down yesterday at the check up. Not engaged. Just heads down.

Seeing OB again in 3 weeks and growth scan in 4 weeks.

Spinning the baby sounds very painful!!
