Hmm....was told not to use core muscle. Why I get so many wrong info? It is getting harder to use the core with the big belly! I feel like bub has doubled in size over the weekend!

I thought harmony test is only done once pregnant? Not for pgd.

Default Day 5 blasto FET on day 4? #2

Yep we plan to still do harmony @10-12weeks esp because this transfer is untested @Minib @bbhope

Also because I want to know pink or blue ☺️☺️

Question, my pred dosage this cycle has been 10mg since day 2, with my FET cycle it was increased at transfer but not this fresh one... I did query my FN and she said yep stay on 10mg... Should I question again? ( I spent a good while last night reading through the NKC threads, last night )

    I'm on clexane too...

@bbhope you can use core muscle not the abs muscle. They are different? So don't do crunches or sit ups but need to activate core muscle when walking, Pilate or even house chores. That will help recovery later.

Yeah harmony is after pregnant. Since the fresh embie transferred for tanej78 wasn't pgd taste that's why I asked if she will have harmony test.
@Tanej78 I will question again if you are unsure about it. Could you speak to a different fn? But it does sound like you are on quite a few things already. Harmony test is amazing because it can also test for the extra chromosome in a girl/boy to detect abnormalities. They aren't life threatening though more like slower development, etc.

@Minib - How are you going hun? how long before GD test? Are you starting to feel big yet or still feeling normal? From week 30 onwards i started not being able to sleep comfortably. Now i'm surrounded by pillows. Poor DH is pushed right to the edge of our bed. hahah. Oh i'm the same as you. Thinking of not even getting epi. Sounds crazy doesn't it? maybe we are just being ignorant? Especially if i have a posterior baby, i think i will need it. The back pain is meant to be soo bad you don't even feel contractions. I've read that ladies knew exactly when the baby turned because the relief was immense. Imagine someone saying that just having the contractions was a relief! I didn't realise you activate core muscles when doing pelvic floor exercises. Our physio just said do it like you are trying to hold pee half way through peeing. I do some core exercises just from what the physio taught us and watching you tube videos. I'm no longer doing squats as they said if baby isn't in the right position we should do this to further move baby down into the pelvic region. Make sure you stay in good posture and lean forward as this helps bub go into anterior position. Tho you've still got plenty of time.

Goodluck today @Tanej78! Looks like you will have good results xx

@Gelati 2 more weeks before the gd test. Omg I already feel and look huge lol. I'm already surrounded by pillows for the last few weeks haha. I know. I think I'm being ignorant. Most women I speak to told me to get epidural except for 2 women. They said it hurt like crazy but our body can manage it. When you do pelvic floor, doesn't your core muscle just automatically activate as well? But hey if you have no problem when coughing or sneezing then I say you've done the right thing. I have bad posture. My physio keep correcting it. I lean towards one side of the body. Also pregnant women tend to arch their back so I'm trying to tilt my pelvic a bit when standing. Still do some squats but forget most of the time. I think I might set an alarm to exercise daily.

@Minib - the pattern I've seen is women who have epi's always recommend them. Those that don't say it's really painful but you can manage it. None I know who have gone natural have recommended epi except one who had a huge baby and traumatic experience. I think you'll know when the time comes whether you've reached your limit.

Yes tilting back is bad as it brings your pelvis forward and puts bub in posterior position.

Oh 2 weeks. Almost there. Almost third trimester

@Minib my FN is great, it's more she's reading the plan written by my FS... I was also considering self medicating a little extra .... Because I have the repeat scripts to do that...

    I'm probably over thinking it

@Tanej78: my experience....up the dose. I don't like pred but standard is 20mg after transfer.

    Will come back and update.

I don't think i want epi either but will leave the option open to avoid disappointment. In the OB booklet, it says that no more deep squat after 34w of pregnancy because it is the posture for bringing on labor. As for pelvic exercise, do i have to hold my breath to hold the muscle? My trouble is holding it for at least 5s! It seems like i can squeeze and it just releases itself.

I took the day off to run couple of errand. I must say that centrelink is not the most pleasant place to be. There were so many people swearing everywhere. I got served pretty quickly but had a bit hiccup with my name (arg....always!). Anyway, it took the longest for me to get on a computer and test the system was actually working before i left. Their computer software sucks.....it took me few tries to get it to work. Apparently, i now have two centrelink accounts! One was created online by me. The other one was created today at centrelink. I didn't quite get why they couldn't activate the one i created online. Now, i can file the PPL at home. I haven't submitted because i am still missing few info. It looks like i have to file my tax first before knowing my taxable income. Two ladies who helped me were nice. The guy was an a$$. He made a lot of annoyed and sarcastic comments. Something along the line -- Oh....you come here to claim children money. This country just gives away money who comes here and has children. No other country does that. It is better to claim now before they get rid of it. Maybe you should wait and will get more baby bonus when the election comes. I almost wanted to punch him in the face. I'm not having a baby just because i can get baby bonus or PPL. I told him that Europe gave away money as well. (In fact, some european countries give 1 year paid parental leave for both parents). He didn't shut up and continue to say that those European countries are also broke like Australia.
