    Whenever I was having breastfeeding issues I would google my question (or a few words from it) plus kellymom, that site is a wealth of info. But I would definitely try and cut down to only one coffee (and maybe weak) a day. Try to remember that what you get pumping isn't an indication of supply, remember @Atropos? She told me she never got much pumping but she went on to breastfeed for ages. I also add whole rolled oats to my smoothie every morning if you're not up for porridge all of the time. ☺️

    I add flax seed to everything pretty much.
    Also has she been checked for lip and tongue ties?
