    Hi LLH :-)

Today has been pretty ordinary. I woke up to a message from FOB that he wouldn't be coming this weekend because he wrecked his car overnight. It's his prize car that he loves more than anything and is pretty much the only thing that makes him happy. So I'm sad for him but predicting this will push him into another depressive hole.

I was depending on getting a break today so that didn't happen, and DS was a PITA his morning. We both had a huge nap and he was pretty cute for the rest of the day except for the deciding to poo on the floor thing...

Thankfully I found someone to watch him for a couple of hours tomorrow so I can get some things done and maybe rest, and he can have a change of company. I'm contemplating a sneaky drink tonight but I'll see how I go...

    Thanks for asking :-)

    Hi

Pretty quiet Saturday night here. Currently listening to the rain and to DS2 sing to himself as he plays with lego (DS1 is asleep).

I am thinking about playing the Sims4 for the rest of the night.

    How are you @LoveLivesHere ?

    Hello
My day was pretty much like every other day, cooking, cleaning, chasing a verrrry energetic toddler around haha
He's come up with a bit of a nappy rash poor thing, I've smothered it with cream all day and it's starting to clear up luckily.
Going away for a few days to stay wih my mum (she lives 2-3 hours drive away) and give my and DH a bit of a break too.
They say absence makes the heart grow stronger, I hope that's true because right now I just wanna poke his eyes out! Was hoping for some 'alone time' with him before I leave but he's on his stupid ps4..
Other then that my nights been pretty good, I made an awesome lasagne from scratch and it was amazing! And now I'm going to do more cooking so I know DH will be eating properly while I'm gone, poor slack man, where would he be without me? hahaha
How was your day LLH ?

Sims 4 is a great idea! I finally found a cow plant after like 15 years of Simsing then it died!!! So I have boycotted it ever since...

Watching Aussie Rules with DH and DD; and looking forward to bed time, once DD has a clean nappy, and some milk, and she's in bed. My head's heading to a not so nice physical place, so it will need some rest soon - although sometimes when I have a headache, trying to rest my head feels more like I'm lying it on a pile of bricks rather than soft pillows.

    Hhhhhiiiiiiii!!

The three kids all had an optometrist visit today and all need glasses. DS1 already wears them but he needed a script upgrade. I got my new glasses today as well so I'm currently feeling very thankful for my PHI.

We've just watched Big Hero 6 and now the boys are playing Xbox.

    What's everyone up to tomorrow?

We had a nice day. Spent some quality family time at the park. Took a ball, skateboard & bubble wand.

Just having a normal quiet night at home, about to watch Wet Hot American Summer on Netflix

My day was action packed and full OMG am I that dumb fails.
I woke up knowing I was already behind with the cake. First I forgot to defrost the dates overnight. They cake was one piece so very thick and took forever to defrost. Than I realised I didn't have enough fondant. So nit so quick trip to shops get home and realise I still don't have enough, so another trip to shops. I literally spend from 6.30am to 4.00pm on that cake. I just couldn't get the fondant to sit right. I am so disappointed in it. But anyhow that how the cookie crumbles. Since my niece didn't know what I was making. She was thing a round sponge thing. She was happy I think.
I was grateful for dh who took over my normal Saturday running around and washing so I could just do it. He even took the boys with him everywhere so I wasn't bugged constantly by mum, mum, Mum, Mum, MUM, MUM, MUM.....

The big kids have gone to friends houses. The little should be in bed but I am being lazy.

Tomorrow will be actioned packed with church than a hours break before the baby shower.

Next weekend is everything goes to plain. It will be a super busy but long and I do mean long awaited event.

We took the kids to the zoo today!
    God meercats are cute!!

Then I went to Ikea (by myself - yay!) to buy some photo frames. I bought 8 of the 50cm x 50cm black Ribba frames. I have a massive wall I want to fill, so will do 2 horizontal rows of 4 and we are going to find some photos from our travels and also of the kids, to print in black and white.
