    Default Introducing new routines?!

    Hello everyone 😊
So I'm wanting to introduce a new routine at night for my son, first of all he's just over a year old and still co sleeps and still wakes for boob in the night.
His routine goes somthing like this:
    6pm dinner
    6:30-7 bath time
    7:30-8pm bed.
I have to nurse and rock him to sleep and then once he's in a deep sleep I put him in his cot (in our bedroom) and he will usually wake about 11pm to come I to our bed, I know he's not hungry, because at times he'll be asleep as soon as his head hits our bed without even feeding, other times he will fight to feed.
He's also gone off all foods and will only take boob 3 times a day for about 5-10 min which I know isn't enough :/ I've tried giving him finger foods, force feeding him, giving him his fave foods etc and he spits it all out. Dr won't do anything because his weight isn't suffering so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Teething gel before feeds used to work, but other then the sleeping and feeding he's his normal, happy self and not showing any signs of being in pain or off at all

If this this a new phase of refusing food then I'm thinking molars/teeth.

Both my kids refused meals when teething

Have you tried giving him Panadol or nuerofen before feeds/meals? My son never seems as though teeth bother him through the day but goes off food and unsettled at night. His molars bothered him for a few months from about 12 months.
