I am getting mixed reviews from people and google (which I know isn't always the best way to go) about exercising on IUI.
I have started weight watchers and started at the gym the past month, I am going to be getting inseminated this Friday. Would it be ok for me to still continue at the gym and do classes like Zumba ?
I have asked the nurses at the clinic and they said it will be fine but stay away from heavy lifting but then when I googled it, people said not too as there is a risk of twisting the ovaries.
Would love some thoughts and advice ?
