    Default 5:2 Diet

I had a search but couldn't find another post.
Has anyone had much success in weight loss on the 5:2?

Not me personally, but my dad swears by it.

It allows him to maintain his ideal weight. He's sticking with it long term.

I don't think it's difficult for him as he has a slow metabolism and rarely feels hungry, therefore he doesn't experience the hunger or food cravings that a lot of regular folk do!
