    I always have a salad Sandwich or wrap with one of the following;
    fruit & yogurt
    tuna & crackers
    crackers & cheese
    Tinned corn
    boiled eggs
    Jelly cup
    Left overs are always good
    nuts, oats & yogurt

    One of my favs is using left over roast pumpkin or sweet potato in a salad with baby spinach beetroot avocado feta with lemon to squeeze on.
    Also a salad with brown rice and flavoured tin of tuna to tip in.
    Wraps
    Soup
    roast vegetable or zucchini slice.
    Left over stirfry

    i dont take lunch cos i work in a kitchen but DH has leftovers nearly every day. I just make a bit extra.

    Easy and cheap!
