I weighed myself this morning after a fast and I haven't lost anything since last week. I'm definitely going to try harder on my non fast days from now on. I know the rule for this plan says you can eat normally on those days, but my loss has been pretty slow. Maybe it's because I don't have much to go or I've reached a plateau? I'm going to have to be a little stricter now I think. I might get some diet shake powder today and do a couple of meal replacement days this week.
On the weekend my mum took me clothes shopping for my upcoming birthday and I bought some gorgeous new spring/summery clothes, all of which were a little too snug when I tried them on.. Eeep. But any bigger they'd be hanging off me in a couple of months, so definitely a little motivator there for me. A kg or two loss will see them fitting beautifully 😃
